Lead Pastor
Josh Arrington
Lead Pastor, Elder and Executive Director of HUB Network
Josh, Lisa and their family moved to Canada in 2010 to plant new churches. COTR started in their living room at a housing co-op and now meets as multiple missional churches across Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge. They have four kids and live a very active lifestyle as a family. Josh gives leadership to our entire network and supervises the HUB Leadership Team.

Chad Reed
Director and Elder
Chad and Johanna were baptized together shortly after their eldest son was born in 2004, almost 20 years ago! Praise God! Since then they have been incredibly blessed to have been discipled by some incredible and faithful servants of the Kingdom. It is now their deep desire to continue in this Kingdom building work by encouraging the next generation to live in the fullness of God and become strong disciples themselves! As such, they lead the missional church known as ‘Next Gen’. They delight in living in Maple Ridge with their two wonderful adult children.
Johanna Reed
Director
Johanna and Chad were baptized together shortly after their eldest son was born in 2004, almost 20 years ago! Praise God! Lisa Arrington
Director of HUB Counselling Center
Lisa completed her Master’s Degree in Biblical Counselling and oversees the professional counselling needs of our network as well as gives leadership to in our missional churches.
Michael Simms
Director and Elder
Michael has been a part of COTR since 2011 and has contributed to many different areas over the years. He now serves as Treasurer, and continues his leadership as a Director and Elder of COTR. In addition, Michael leads one of our missional churches.
Talayna Davis
Director
Talayna has been a part of COTR since 2011 and has served in many different roles and helped in many different ways over the years. She currently serves on our HUB Leadership Team as well as leading one of our missional churches.

My name is Bong. I came to Canada from Hong Kong in 2025. Now I mainly serve in the Chinese ministry of Burnaby Church.
Ingrid Mitchell
Missional Church Leader
Ingrid and Marcel Mitchell are passionate church planters dedicated to spreading the Gospel and building Christ-centered missional communities. With a heart for discipleship and outreach, particularly among new Canadians, they have faithfully served in ministry as youth pastors, missionaries, and lead pastors for over three decades, helping to plant vibrant churches that reflect God’s love and grace. Ingrid is an Activities Assistant with Baptist Housing. Together, they are committed to equipping believers, empowering leaders, and transforming neighborhoods through the power of Jesus Christ. Their mission is to see lives changed and communities renewed by the presence of God.
Jay Benning
Missional Church Leader
Jay has been part of COTR since June 2023. Initially attending as a non-believer, he came to faith through one of our missional churches in March 2024 and was baptized in July 2024. He has a passion for helping others avoid the pitfalls of his own youth, serving others, and desires to see people live purpose-filled lives. Jay leads one of our missional churches, The Forge, which focuses on helping men grow together and challenge one another to become who God has called them to be.

Josh was drawn to COTR in 2023 by its focus on community and mission. He currently co-leads Next Gen missional church with Chad and Johanna Reed and attends other missional church gatherings.
Marcel Mitchell
Missional Church Leader
Marcel and Ingrid Mitchell are passionate church planters dedicated to spreading the Gospel and building Christ-centered missional communities. With a heart for discipleship and outreach, particularly among new Canadians, they have faithfully served in ministry as youth pastors, missionaries, and lead pastors for over three decades, helping to plant vibrant churches that reflect God’s love and grace. Marcel currently works as a faculty mentor wth Kairos University and is a Chaplain with British Columbia Corrections at Xàws Schó:lha Correctional Centre. Marcel's extensive ministry experience is characterized by strong leadership and a missional vision, while Ingrid offers compassionate pastoral care and hospitality. Together, they are committed to equipping believers, empowering leaders, and transforming neighborhoods through the power of Jesus Christ. Their mission is to see lives changed and communities renewed by the presence of God.
Mariah Mund
Missional Church Leader
Mariah has been a part of Church on the Rock since she became a Christian in 2021. Mariah was drawn to COTR as she saw a community of faithful Christians serving the community whole-heartedly for Kingdom glory. She has participated in various missional churches during her time at COTR and is currently a co-leader for We are Women.
Natalia Ananichuk
Missional Church Leader
Natalia and Sam moved to Canada in 2022 from Ukraine and have a deep passion for serving others. They are actively involved in ministry with families, especially those with children and also walk alongside many new immigrants as they build their lives in Canada. Their heart for missions reaches beyond Canada to the unreached in countries like India and Ukraine, where they support local pastors, churches, and communities through prayer, encouragement, and ministry. Above all, they are grateful to serve the Lord together as a family, alongside their three beautiful daughters.
Saj Satheesh
Missional Church Leader
Saj and Natalia moved to Canada in 2022 from Ukraine and have a deep passion for serving others. Yuk Hing Kong

Hi, I am Kong, coming from Hong Kong in 2002. My life mission is to serve the international students and build up relationships with Canada's native people. My hobbies are travelling, eating dim sum and drinking coffee.
