Director of HUB Counselling Center
Josh and Lisa Arrington and their kids are the "trail blazers" of Church On The Rock in Metro Vancouver. Their family moved to Canada in 2010 to plant new churches. COTR started in their living room at a housing co-op and now meets as multiple missional churches across Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge. They have four kids and live a very active lifestyle as a family. Josh gives leadership to our entire network and supervises the HUB Leadership Team. Lisa is completing her Master’s Degree in Biblical Counselling and oversees the professional counselling needs of our network as well as gives leadership to one of our missional churches.
Talayna Davis
COTR Director
Talayna has been a part of COTR since 2011 and has served in many different roles and helped in many different ways over the years. She currently serves on our HUB Leadership Team giving oversight to our support systems for all of our missional church leaders. She also oversees the organization of our Block Party Trailer as well as leading one of our missional churches.
Michael Simms
COTR Director and Elder
Michael has been a part of COTR since 2011. He has helped with our sound and technology teams and been involved in many different areas over the years. He currently serves in two leadership roles as a Director and Elder of COTR. Michael also leads one of our missional churches.
